Working draft. Before publication, the website owner must add the legal entity details, data controller information, retention periods and approved processing procedures.
1. Data collected
When submitting the form, a user may provide their name, company, work phone or email, location, area of interest and a description of the production challenge.
2. How data is used
The data is used to process the enquiry, contact the user, provide a trial and prepare a proposal for software or equipment.
3. How an enquiry is sent
The form sends data to the INPRES information system over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The website must not send the enquiry content to web analytics systems.
4. Legal basis
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, the user voluntarily provides data so that INPRES can respond. The final wording is determined by the data controller.
5. Storage and protection
The website owner must specify retention periods, hosting locations and the persons authorised to access enquiries before this document is published.
