Built for manufacturing owners

Manage with facts,
not assumptions

INPRES collects simple, reliable facts where calls, chats and spreadsheets used to be. You see losses before they turn into a missed deadline or lower profitability.

Before

Tasks disappear in chats

→
After

One work queue with priorities, deadlines and clear owners.

Before

Order status requires a phone call

→
After

Actual progress for every product and production operation.

Before

Downtime and energy waste stay hidden

→
After

Machine work, waiting and utilisation are visible in the owner dashboard.

Before

Defects are found too late

→
After

Quality control is built into the route and stored in the product history.

SaaS for small manufacturers

Practical MES
without enterprise ERP cost

Each function supports a clear workflow: receive a task, perform an operation, record the result and pass the work on.

01

Tasks and priorities

The owner builds the work queue, assigns responsibility and sees the actual execution status.

02

Product routes

Production stages form a clear route. A QR code opens the right operation for each employee.

03

Shifts and labour time

Start and finish times, actual labour by employee, operation and customer order.

04

Quality and scrap

Checklists, photos and inspection history help reduce rework and the cost of defects.

05

Machine utilisation and downtime

Equipment events complement manual input and show where productivity and energy are being lost.

06

Instructions and knowledge

Work instructions and prompts are available exactly when an employee performs an operation.

Start with manual input and connect automated data sources only when they pay off.

Self-service integration

Simple sources. Reliable facts.

You do not need a major integration project to start. Employees record work in the app, while affordable sensors and IoT machines add data automatically.

  • Employee mobile app
  • QR code for a product, batch or operation
  • Smart sensors for status and energy consumption
  • IoT machine events through available interfaces

A second INPRES business line

Equipment for
polymer processing

Alongside the SaaS platform, we are validating demand and developing our own equipment for processing polymer feedstock. Product models and configurations will follow proven market needs.

Additive processing

FGF printing from polymer pellets

Large-format production of tooling, moulds, master patterns and parts directly from polymer pellets.

  • In-house engineering
  • Configurable build volume
  • Monitoring through INPRES

Preparation and machining

A digital polymer processing workflow

Equipment and modules for feedstock preparation, additive forming and subsequent machining of polymer parts.

  • Designed for local manufacturing
  • Serviceable architecture
  • Software and hardware integration
Share your requirement

The equipment line is at the market-validation stage. We do not publish unconfirmed production models or specifications, but welcome discussions with polymer processing companies.

Remote onboarding

The essentials

Questions before you start

INPRES is designed for quick self-service setup. If your situation is not covered here, describe it in the form.

How is INPRES different from ERP?

ERP manages resources and business accounting. INPRES shows what is actually happening on the shop floor: who is doing what, where machines wait, how long operations take and what happens to quality.

Is it suitable for a micro manufacturer?

Yes. INPRES is designed for micro and small manufacturers that cannot justify a heavyweight industrial ERP/MES or a costly implementation project.

Can we set it up ourselves?

Yes. The baseline launch is self-service: create an account, add employees and operations, and use the mobile app. Add data sources step by step.

Where does the data come from?

From the employee mobile app, QR codes, affordable smart sensors and available events from IoT-enabled machines. INPRES starts with the minimum reliable source for each fact.

Do we have to buy INPRES equipment?

No. The SaaS platform is a standalone product. Polymer processing equipment is a separate and developing line of business.

How can we try the platform?

Request a free trial. Our goal is to let a manufacturer start remotely, without a mandatory on-site visit.
